The Booklet of Articles is a 72-page ebook with a variety of articles. Some of them you may already ave read on the Internet. You don't need to read them all, but I recommend that you read those that most interest you and that you make a mental note of the titles. Download the Booklet of Articles.

TeleMeditation Program: Professional Goals

Since your own professional goals are an integral part of this TeleClass, I'm including the recordings of this popular TeleMeditation program. While it's not crucial that you work with this guided medition, it is essential that you have a clear intention and/or goals for the TeleClass. I expect you to know what your needs are that that you will take care of them. Even though the program was recorded in early 2009, it is still relevant.

Brief Focused Energy Work

A theme throughout the TeleSeminar is my signature process which I named "Focused Energy Work" about 20 years ago. This brief (under 5 minutes) guided meditation is readily available free on the Internet, along with the same guided meditation without music and a second brief process both with and without music. eBook: Using Imagery to Enhance Your Life

I wrote this little book, which is a supplement to the TeleClass. It begins with the "Fundamental as A, B, C," a model which I have used in some of my past TeleSeminars. It will be an integral part of the TeleClass, and we will return to the model repeatedly. While it's very simple, I suggest you read through it in advance if you're not familiar with it.
