Dedicated to helping low-income, low-opportunity youth, Rasheryl McCreary is the Founder of the Living Legacy Project Foundation (since 1996), a non-profit organization dedicated to using theater and oral history to deliver innovative and engaging leadership development programs to young people.  One of these programs was featured on National Public Radio in May 2004.

Rasheryl is an alumna of Hathaway Brown School, a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and in 2005 was named a Marshall Memorial Fellow.
