In this Meditation Practice webinar, I'll share insights and tips from my many years of helping myself and many others to incorporate meditation into their busy lives. I consider that meditation is one of the most powerful techniques to assist people in their personal development and self improvement. Register Now I've taught many people to meditate, although this webinar isn't designed to teach meditation. Instead, it's designed to help those who already know how to meditate to incorporate the practice into their lives. Meditation is simple and easy, but many people find it's a challenge to meditate on a regular basis. If you've never meditated before and your inner guidance prompts you to attend, you'll still benefit greatly from the experience. I'll share techniques and ideas that are valuable for both new and experienced meditators. In order to have a meditation practice, you must practice meditation. So this webinar eases you into taking the steps you most need to take, based on your own unique intention. I won't tell you what to do, rather I'll suggest a variety of actions and techniques to make it easier for you to make your plans and carry them out. During this one-hour webinar, I'll lead you in two brief guided meditations: one to relax and center you, the other to help you to meditate at the frequency you choose. It is a practical, hands-on experience that involves your making some commitments to yourself.
