Excerpt from the Day 21 Meditate Now EmailBenefits of Meditation Even though it's most important how YOU experience meditation, you may also find it helpful to recognize the benefits that many OTHER meditators experience. Meditation makes you more aware, more calm, and more vibrant. With awareness, calmness, and vibrancy you are in a greater state of wisdom. I think that meditation is something to be practiced regularly, like sleep, exercise, eating, resting, and brushing your teeth. Meditation is a practice that has long-term positive benefits. While I'm certainly a proponent of daily meditation, I don’t make up rules for others, nor do I want to make you feel defensive if you choose another path. I encourage you to choose what feels good to you for your lifestyle. And Continuing Forward The Meditate Now Audio Day 21 commentary reviews benefits and explains next steps. This is the day that the MiniCourse transforms into a weekly Ezine. As long as you remain enrolled, you will receive a message, each of which varies in length. If you're not already signed up for this free program, I invite you to read about it and subscribe.
