Excerpt from the Day 18 Meditate Now EmailBe Kind and Kindness Finds You Kindness, appreciation, and harmony are all very similar to each other, although they're defined differently. As you embody one, you're likely to also embody the others. Since everyone is different and relates differently to words and concepts, I offer all three so that you might start wherever it seems most natural. Other words and ideas might be joy, freedom, enthusiasm, peace. Can you feel that each has a distinct vibration and yet they are similar to each other? The first step is to make a choice to live in the consciousness of kindness, appreciation, and harmony as much as possible. After that choice, it becomes easier and easier as long as you keep practicing, one moment at a time.
Practice The Meditate Now Audio Day 18 commentary reinforces the idea of practice, which is as important for practicing kindness as for practicing meditation. If you're enrolled in the Meditate Now Program, you'll receive messages on Days 19 and 20 that continue to encourage you to be kind.
