Excerpt from the Day 14 Meditate Now EmailAhh, Relax for BalanceI encourage you to be intolerant about being just a little off balance. Attend to your balance as soon as you notice you're off. You have nothing to gain by proving you can "tough it out" and potentially you have a lot to lose. When you've practiced this frequently, it only takes a few seconds. Maybe longer, like minutes. The alternative time frames might be weeks, months, or years. The moment you notice you are out of balance, pause and breathe until you re-balance. Or, keep moving and focus on your breath. When you're regularly correcting your state of balance, you protect and strengthen your reserves. When you've taken precautions to create and maintain your personal energy reserves, they're available when you need them. Notice the Dynamic of Balance and Notice Again The Meditate Now Audio Day 14 commentary encourages you to be attentively regularly to your state of balance so that you can more easily re-balance yourself if you are just a little off balance. If you're enrolled in the Meditate Now Program, you'll receive messages on Days 15, 16, and 17 that emphasize both the power and simplicity of relaxing regularly for balance. If you're not already signed up for this free program, I invite you to read about it and subscribe.
