To benefit most from the recording, write your goals in advance of listening. There are many approaches to writing goals effectively. For the purpose of this TeleMeditation, any approach will work.
Choose any time frame: for example, during all of 2009, 1 month, 6 months, until your birthday or other significent date. Choose goals on any subject: for example, finances, any work-related topics, relationship with colleagues, building client relationships, self-development plans.
